Subscriptions and billing
Moonwheel Premium is billed by the store you installed the app from — Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Moonwheel and tap Cancel subscription. Or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- iPhone or iPad: open Apple’s subscription settings, choose Moonwheel, and follow Apple’s options.
Restore a purchase
Use “Restore Purchases” in Moonwheel while signed in to the same Google account (Android) or Apple Account (iPhone, iPad) used for the original purchase. If access is still missing, restart the app and email support with the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not send card details.
Refund or unfamiliar charge
- Android: Google Play handles billing and refunds. See Google Play refund help or request one from your Play order history.
- iPhone or iPad: Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Billing Support.
Downloads and offline playback
A track will not download
- Confirm that your device is online and has enough free storage.
- Keep Moonwheel open until the download completes.
- Try the download again on a stable connection.
A downloaded track will not play
Remove that download in Moonwheel, then download it again. Also check the device volume, Do Not Disturb (Android) or Silent Mode and Focus (iPhone), and whether another app is controlling audio.
Remove downloaded content
Use Moonwheel’s download controls where available. Uninstalling Moonwheel also removes its locally stored preferences and downloaded media from the device.
Playback and sleep timer
If audio stops unexpectedly, reopen Moonwheel and press play. Check whether the sleep timer completed, another app interrupted playback, or the system ended background activity. On Android, battery optimisation can stop background audio: in Settings → Apps → Moonwheel → Battery, choose “Unrestricted”. When reporting a repeating issue, tell us whether it happened with the screen locked, headphones connected, or another audio app open.
